Beer, scotch and tequila – the de la tierra cocktail doesn’t mess around. It’s subtly sweet and earthy, and it’s seriously refreshing.

Ingredients List

  • 12 oz. Modelo Especial®
  • 1 1/2 oz. Casa Noble® Crystal Tequila
  • 1/4 oz. peated Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 3 drops grapefruit bitters
  • Grapefruit twist

De La Tierra

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Especial and grapefruit twist.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Lightly shake and add 1 1/2 ounces Modelo Especial.
  4. Pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
  5. Mist with grapefruit oil and serve with remaining beer
  6. Garnish: Grapefruit twist
