Fleur de Alcachofa

It's summertime in a glass. Filled with fresh squeezed lemon and grapefruit juice, mixed with modelo and tequila and adorned with oranges, this refreshing shandy is sure to cool you down.

Ingredients List

  • 12 oz. Modelo Especial®
  • 2 1/2 oz. Casa Noble® Crystal Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. artichoke liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Orange twist

RecipePreparation

Fleur de Alcachofa

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, excluding Modelo Especial and orange twist.
  2. Strain into a chilled pint glass.
  3. Slowly pour beer until glass is full.
  4. Serve the remaining Modelo Especial with the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with an Orange twist
