Ingredients List

  • 2 oz. Modelo Especial
  • 1 oz. Créma de Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Pastis Liqueur
  • 1⁄2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1⁄2 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 1⁄4 oz. Orange Blossom Water

Oaxacan Sunset

  1. Combine the pastis liqueur, créma de mezcal, fresh lemon juice and blood orange juice in a shaker and stir.
  2. In a glass, add the orange blossom water, swirl in the glass and discard.
  3. Pour mixture into the glass and top with Modelo Especial.
  4. GARNISH:
    Caramelized Blood Orange. To caramelize, dip the orange in sugar and candy it.
